UV printed pins are finished with an epoxy coating and are relatively quick to produce. They’re a great option for designs that use colour gradients and don’t require metal lines between colours or include image-style artwork.

What is an Epoxy Coating?

An epoxy dome is a clear protective coating that can be added to UV printed pins. It adds a smooth, glossy finish while helping to protect your design from everyday wear and damage.

HOW DO I GET STARTED MAKING MY CUSTOM PIN?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PINS?

First, we will need your artwork in Adobe Illustrator format, as quotations are based on the final design. While we don’t offer design services, we can help make minor adjustments to your artwork to ensure it’s suitable for production.

For backing cards, the card design will need to be provided by you. You can include your logo, wedding hashtag, website, social media handles, or any text you prefer. Please note that backing cards are optional and come with an additional cost.

Once everything is confirmed, we will prepare a digital final visual of your pin and backing card for approval. Colours are mixed by hand to achieve the closest and most accurate match for your design before production begins.

Our production timeline is 1-3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. We can certainly expedite the process, should you be in a time crunch and require your pins delivered earlier. Please contact us for more information on production rush pricing.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?

Custom pin orders have a minimum of 30 units per design. 

HOW ARE THE PINS PACKAGED?

Each customise pin is sealed in a self-adhesive poly bag to protect the enamel work.
